A generic D/s agreement

BDSM Contract Builder

Between Alex (Sir) and Sam (submissive)

This contract is a personal agreement built on trust. It is not legally binding. Either party may withdraw consent at any time.

1.Purpose & Preamble

This agreement is entered into freely and enthusiastically by both parties. It establishes a framework of Dominance and submission built on the willing surrender of authority by the submissive to Sir, and Sir's solemn acceptance of the responsibility that gift carries. It rests on mutual trust, open communication, and ongoing consent, and may be revisited at any time.

2.Roles & Responsibilities

Sir — responsibilities

  • Provide consistent leadership, structure, and clear expectations.
  • Respect all stated hard and soft limits without exception.
  • Prioritise the submissive's physical, emotional, and psychological safety at all times.
  • Administer discipline fairly, never in anger, and always within negotiated limits.
  • Honour safewords immediately and without question.
  • Continue developing knowledge of safe, sane, and consensual practice.

submissive — responsibilities

  • Obey Sir's instructions promptly and respectfully within the agreed scope of authority.
  • Communicate openly about feelings, concerns, and shifting boundaries.
  • Use the agreed safeword system without hesitation or guilt.
  • Maintain personal health, hygiene, and wellbeing as a reflection of devotion.
  • Approach service and submission with sincerity and a willingness to grow.

3.Duration & Review

Duration

6 months

Monthly

4.Limits & Boundaries

Hard limits

Both parties have disclosed their hard limits separately. Hard limits are absolute and will never be tested, pushed, or violated. Any attempt to override one ends this agreement immediately.

Soft limits

Soft limits have been discussed and documented separately. They may be explored only with explicit, in-the-moment verbal consent, gradually, with thorough check-ins.

5.Safewords & Signals

Verbal

Red / Yellow / Green traffic-light system.

Non-verbal

Dropping a held object (keys or a ball) signals a full stop.

6.Rules & Protocols

  • Address Sir respectfully at all times during dynamic interactions.
  • Send a good-morning message by 9 a.m. with a greeting, current mood, and one gratitude.
  • Ask permission before orgasm.
  • Complete all assigned tasks by the stated deadline, or notify Sir early with an honest reason.

7.Punishments & Consequences

  • Writing lines: copying a correction phrase 50–200 times.
  • Loss of a privilege (screen time, dessert, free-choice evening) for 24–72 hours.
  • Corner time: 15–30 minutes reflecting on the infraction.

8.Rewards & Recognition

  • Sincere, specific verbal praise.
  • A date night of the submissive's choosing.
  • Extended cuddle and undivided-attention time.

9.Aftercare

Physical

Water, a light snack, a warm blanket, a gentle check for marks, and physical closeness for at least 20 minutes after any intense scene.

Emotional

Verbal reassurance that the submissive is valued and safe, open space to talk without judgement, and validation of any emotion that surfaces.

10.Privacy & Confidentiality

Confidentiality

Selective: only approved people know

Media policy

No photos or recordings of any kind

11.Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, verbally or in writing. On termination all protocols cease, symbolic items are returned or their disposition agreed, and a closing check-in happens within a week. Confidentiality and anti-outing obligations survive indefinitely.

A contract that fits the relationship you are actually building

A BDSM contract is not a legal document — it is a shared reference point that turns a negotiation into something you can both see, sign, and return to. Writing one together forces the good conversations: who leads, what is off the table, how you slow down, and how you take care of each other afterwards.

This builder walks you through every essential section — parties and titles, purpose, roles and responsibilities, duration, limits, safewords, rules, punishments, rewards, aftercare, privacy, and termination — so nothing critical gets missed. Start from a template tuned for male-dominant, female-dominant, switch, or practiced-chastity dynamics, then rewrite, add, or remove any clause until it is truly yours.

Everything happens locally in your browser. No account, no email, no storage. When you are done, download a clean PDF or plain-text copy to keep, print, or sign.
